Sensory Processing, ARFID and PICA

Aimed at professionals, parents, and family members of children with autism and other interested parties. Join our Executive Headteacher, Justin Price, to learn more about sensory processing differences in children with autism, how this manifests, and how to support these needs.
We will also be looking specifically at the conditions ARFID (acute restrictive food intake disorder) and Pica (a medical term for the consuming of non-edible items) which can occur in children with autism. Learn about these conditions and the strategies that can be used to help.

Sessions are held in the Secondary and FE Building at: Freemantles School, Smarts Heath Road, Mayford, Surrey, GU22 0AN
